Cancellation Policy

**No Refund Return Policy for Drop-In Futsal Sessions** Thank you for choosing to participate in our Drop-In Futsal Sessions! Before attending, please review our No Refund Return Policy: 1. **All Sales Final:** All purchases for Drop-In Futsal Sessions are final. Once the payment is made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. 2. **Non-Transferable:** Drop-In session purchases are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual for whom the session was purchased. Reselling or transferring your session is not permitted. 3. **Session Availability:** Drop-In sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a session is booked, it cannot be rescheduled or canceled. 4. **Missed Sessions:** If you miss a session due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, schedule conflicts, or no-shows), no refunds or credits will be provided. 5. **Facility Closures:** In the event that a session is canceled due to facility closures or unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g., inclement weather or other emergencies), a credit or alternative session will be offered at our discretion. 6. **Cancellation:** The location will be shared before May 5th. If the venue becomes unavailable, "fUtsAl coach" will cancel the Summer Camp and issue a 100% refund. --- This version is tailored for individual, one-time Drop-In sessions with clarity around non-refundable terms.
